Since joining YMB in November 2020, Petar has become the heartbeat of our client experience. As Client Services Manager, he ensures every client interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused—bringing a calm, reliable presence to what can often be a high-stress process.

Affectionately known as “Positive Pete,” he’s known for his nurturing approach, attention to detail, and the kind of steady optimism that reassures clients and teammates alike. With a strong background in customer service, Petar consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every client feels informed, comfortable, and valued.

Outside of work, Petar is a passionate music lover and bedroom DJ who enjoys creating loops, samples and mixing soundtracks in his spare time. He’s also the life of the party when it comes his energy, humour, and warm personality make him someone people naturally gravitate toward.
